…Mela Helen!!\u00a0 Born last night on April 27th \u2014 weighing in at 8 pounds, 8 inches and 21 inches long!\u00a0 Words cannot even describe how happy our family is and how in love<\/em> I am already!!\u00a0 My sister, Amber, was about a week and a half overdue and she went into labor on our deceased grandmother’s birthday.\u00a0 They did not know the sex of the baby and after she was born, as we all stepped into the delivery room, my sister and her husband, Steve proclaimed…”It’s a girl! And her name is Mela Helen!”\u00a0 Helen was our grandmother’s name \u2014 what an unbelievable moment.<\/p>\n

This is our first niece or nephew on either side and I cannot believe the feeling.\u00a0 I feel like she is mine \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I love this doll baby SO much and am sure that my blog will now be flooded with pictures of precious little Mela!<\/p>\n
